Orange Vinaigrette

¼ c. honey                                                                                                             1 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. paprika                                                                                                       ½ tsp. salt

¼ c. orange juice                                                                                   3 Tbsp. white vinegar

1 tsp. minced onion                                                                                             1 tsp. grated orange zest

¾ c. oil

Put all ingredients except oil in blender.  Blend on low and slowly add oil.  Store in airtight jar.  Refrigerate.  From Ma Lambrecht.
